How can I play in the chat?

Singleplayer Games
These games you can play all the time, both when you are logged in and when you are not logged in!

You are starting such a game by clicking "Games" in the navigation, then on the desired game under "Singleplayer Games" in the games navigation and then on "Open Game" below the explanation text.

Twoplayer Games
To play these games you have to be logged in.

Such a game is started from a chat room resp. from a private talk.
How this works you can read through by clicking on the desired game under "Classics" in the games navigation and then on the linked "Here" in the explanation text.

Multiplayer Games
To play these games you have to be logged in.

Such a game is started via the "List of multiplayer games".
Go on "Games" in the navigation and click in the displayed list on "->open new game" for the desired game, if applicable fill in the upcoming fields resp. set your desired amount of players and click on the "Submit" button.
In case you are setting a limit of players, further chatters being eager to play only can watch the game.
In case you are setting a password for the game, only users whom you tell it can join resp. watch.

To join a game already existing in the list, click on the "Start game" button.

Chatroom Games
To play these games you have to be logged in.

To join such a game go on "Games" in the navigation, then on the desired game in the games navigation under "Chatroom Games", and then click on the game symbol left beside the explanation text.
You can also join such a chatroom via the room list under "Chat", but that is far too much trouble.
But in case you have such a chatroom in your room favourites it gets displayed on the start page right after you have logged in under "Favourite chatrooms", and you can join with one click.
