I noticed some buttons on here are in German. Like for example... When I try uploading a picture, it says:

I knew how to upload the picture cause I memorized what I clicked for the English version. It's just complicated for me.

Thanks for reporting, the missing translation is fixed now. However, you may have to clear your browser cache to actually see the english translation¹.

First off, you can use the code tag to show code.

Secondly, I'm also experiencing the German notifications. The first thing we should do is make sure we clear our caches. That's the first thing that's going to be recommended. And then after that, usually, it's something with the actual translating which is out of our hands.

I just cleared my cache, so it's an issue with the translation on the server. So it's out of our hands until the admins address it.

and when you send gift to someone, the very list icon says bilder

This translation isue, as well as the others mentioned in the latest postings, should be fixed by now. However, you may need to re-login to see the English text in all places again, as some of the files are cached by your browser¹ while you're online.
