17 Jun 2012 21:37 PostsWhen I go to click TOPICS and it says '1 new' to a group or board and I click it, it goes to the board and shows everything as read so I don't get to see what the new comment is... |
17 Jun 2012 21:55 that's happened to me a few timesI just click the board name and am able to see where the new posting is. |
18 Jun 2012 00:38 rewhere it says '1 new' |
18 Jun 2012 00:43 reIt happens to me at times too.....its annoying :/ |
18 Jun 2012 06:30 reSolution: If you have the boards set to page view, like this, and if you click 1 new post, then it takes you only to the page that the newest post is on. The way I view the boards is by tree view, like this, and when I click the 1 new post it will take me directly to that post. Also, when you click the new post while set in tree view it will mark all the posts that are new as read but direct you to the oldest post of the newer unread posts.1 |
18 Jun 2012 06:43 reThis happened to me before, and I just assumed it was a post on the teens board. Since i am over the age limit (by far ) for that group, I figured it wouldn't let me read posts on that board. Are there rooms where you might not have reached the appropriate age to view their boards and such? Not sure if that is the reason, but you never know. |
18 Jun 2012 08:22 reYeah the same has happened to me in tree view too |
18 Jun 2012 08:34 rePerhaps it could have something to do with the code's interaction with your web browser. Google Chrome isn't having this issue when I try it. |
