Here's some issues the normal website has when using my tablet that uses android 4.04:

When I'm on the topics page the ability to scroll up or down seems to be missing:

The issue is present in the main topics page, as well as on the boards' overviews and in the threads.

I am able to scroll up and down on all other ages, like homepage, people and chat.

Is there a solution to this, asidef4om using the mobile page?

It's an Android/Chrome bug. We're looking into it, but we cannot promise anything. Google should simply stop releasing software with such blatant bugs.

I'm not sure if it's something you did, but the scrolling is working now on my tablet :). However it looks like this now:
