I'm really particular when it comes to comedies and this one just made me laugh - the whole way through : )

If you like comedies, i recommend ALL Judd Apatow movies.

If you like British comedies I suggest two tv shows, Misfits & The Inbetweeners :)

I did like that one. I can't believe they did an American bastardized version of it.

I agree - Frank Oz couldnt have done a better job.

I remember I only went to see it because Good Luck Chuck was sold out & me & my mate just laughed the whole way through, we were never so happy to have had a movie sold out lol
Happened to us with Black Sheep too, we only went to see that because 30 Days of Night was sold out & we loved Black Sheep!! & the movies that were sold out were shit too lol

lol the same is true for me as well....i accidently watched both of them so to speak, .....and thoroughly loved them. So much so I've bought one and downloaded the other to keep.

with drug induced nakedness is a winner in my book.

moon - gem of a sci fi film. sam rockwells performance especially. sucks u into the paranoia and isolation of its protagonist. anyone who like 2001 will be pleasantly surprised.

adventureland - another gem. quirky characters and a sexually awkward main character make this a great coming of age tale.

dead man - neil young is a god! he provides the perfect soundtrack to this tale of a mans spiritual journey through jarmusch's allegorical wild west.

punch drunk love - underrated. perfect movie. an off romantic comedy between two socially inept ppl.

Still one of my fave movies of all time.

Alfonso Cuarón is ridiculous.

Why do you think it never caught on?

It was very well made, had a great story, action, explosions, and invoked an emotional response. Seems like a recipe for success to me.
