It is amazing how certain kinds of music can make you feel so cheerful. I have a cold, got it this week from using a public computer, before wiping it with disinfectant.

So I was tired and in pain this morning. I put on someone's wedding soundtrack. When the CD player got to TSOP, The Sound Of Philadelphia, my mood changed immediately.

I just felt so cheerful, like I was spinning in the sun. Even though, I was tired, I forgot about that and danced with high energy to the song till the end. Some music has a great effect on your health & physical energy.
