There are quite a few bullies that come to spin but I would never have put mrs.smith down as a bully and does it for her own amusement.
She speaks her mind and can at times be misunderstood in what she is saying and is taken the wrong way, but I can not remember her ever being a bully on any of the boards

• Attempting to "catch someone in their own words" by twisting the words the person ⁶ said into something other than their desired meaning.

• Threats

There is one that isn't necessarily "bullying" as such, but it's an example that people do here a lot:

PERSON A: Why don't you stop?
PERSON B: I don't need to stop.
PERSON C: You did something more horrible!
PERSON A: Is that originally the topic?
PERSON C: That doesn't matter! (explains different situation)

In psychology, the situation that has been described is called "Shift of blame or focus". It's a "time-bomb" tactic to assist friends, and sometimes one's self out of hairy situations where said person may have to accept guilt.

The original thread was about Refton stopping his fight against the moderators and admin. Yet, it's turned into an attack me thread. This is due to shift of blame and focus.
