14 Apr 2012 04:25 reI was reading somewhere that the only leading brand putting less toxic components in was using a natural component that was only available through risky mining which largely employed children in developing countries. I've never heard another man comment to me about a woman's nail colour or the lack of. |

14 Apr 2012 04:32 re:Men don't share their fetishes with other men out of fer of ridicule. A few with different foot fetishes (all include polished nails at part of it). Honestly, I wish I wasn't privy to that info (considering who they are), but it's too late... burned in my brain. |
14 Apr 2012 04:33 re:that was a good one |
14 Apr 2012 04:36 reBut surely you don't spend that time and money on something because some men have a fetish towards it ? |
14 Apr 2012 04:43 re:Actually, you're right... it's because it feels more socially acceptable to wear polish (or at least having well manicured toes) when wearing open-toed shoes. So technically, it's more for the ladies, who might be critical. |
14 Apr 2012 04:52 re:> I was reading somewhere that the only leading brand I will have to do some research ... I don't like the sound of that. |
14 Apr 2012 05:04 OPIFunny it happens to be this brand in the news. There was some discussion about OPI earlier. |
14 Apr 2012 08:25 ReI do worse things than paint my nails :P However, two of my favorite brands are 3-free, by accident. |
14 Apr 2012 12:46 Re:That's a bit extreme isn't it? It's only nail polish! Even Kate Middleton wears it. :-) |

18 Apr 2012 02:30 re:I expected they would know what caused the problem and enlighten me, and if it was a defective product offer a coupon for equal the value , or something..? Oh well, I repainted my nails with a different color and it's fine. |
18 Apr 2012 05:42 reIt's weird that they didn't even give you a coupon or anything. Without fail, every time I have written to a company with a complaint, I have gotten a coupon for not only a free item but also coupons for money off their other products. Did you tell them you were considering never buying their product again? |
18 Apr 2012 13:50 re:No, I was more curious as to why the polish was doing that. It wasn't an angry email. I thought I explained the problem well, but maybe they misunderstood, because their solution really doesn't fit the problem. |
