My confirmation link has not arrived yet!

There can be several reasons why the e-mail containing the confirmation link has not arrived:

You are too early!

  • Please be a little bit patient.
    If the e-mail does not arrive within a few minutes, please check whether one of the other problems that are described on this page may apply to your problem. If not, please contact Support.
    If you do this, you have to enter certain information in your mail to the Support! At the end of the page you can see which information is required.

The e-mail containing the confirmation link has been "swallowed" by your e-mail-program.

  • Was the e-mail maybe moved to the "spam" folder by the spam filter of your e-mail-program, or something like that? Please check again.
    If the e-mail containing the confirmation link cannot be found there, please check whether one of the other problems that are described here may apply to your problem. If not, please contact Support.
    If you do this, you have to enter certain information in your mail to the Support! At the end of the page you can see which information is required.

You have entered the wrong e-mail address.

  • Have you really entered your e-mail address correctly?
    If not, the confirmation link could not be sent correctly.

  • If you have several e-mail addresses - is the one you used really valid; does it still work?
    If not, the confirmation link could not be sent correctly.

  • Do you have an e-mail address from AOL? Have you maybe entered "aol.de" instead of "aol.com"?
    If yes, the confirmation link could not be sent correctly. AOL only allocates addresses with "aol.com", even in Germany.

  • Have you maybe, accidentally, entered a "www." before your e-mail address?
    If yes, the confirmation link could not be sent correctly.

Please check in all these cases whether one of the other problems that are described on this page may apply to your problem. If not, please contact Support.
If you do this, you have to enter the certain information in your mail to the Support! The more detailed information you send to Support right away, the better and faster Support will be able to help you!

Please include the following information in your e-mail to Support:

  • Which nickname have you registered?
  • When did you register the nickname (date/approx. time)?
  • Which e-mail address did you enter when registering?

  • [To be entered only if you believe that you have entered the wrong e-mail address]
    What is the wrong e-mail address, what is the correct e-mail address?
