I have problems with the payment.

I have problems with paying via mobile phone.

Note: With this payment method, you do not order "a subscription". You always pay exactly the amount for which you order something. Nothing will be extended automatically afterwards.

First of all: What is a payment code?
A payment code is a kind of code number you receive from us via text message on your mobile phone in order to activate the services you ordered at spinchat.com (VIP/Spinpoints).
This payment code can be used only once. After you have entered it, it becomes invalid and you cannot use it again.

How will the payment be indicated on my cell phone bill?
This can differ from provider to provider. But mostly, the text should roughly be as follows:
"Use of value-added services, provider Boku"

Despite the message that everything has gone well, my VIP has not been activated.
How long have you been waiting? The activation usually takes place within a few minutes, max. within half an hour.
If this is not the case, please contact Support.

No reply text-message has come back.
How long have you been waiting? In rare cases, it can take up to 5 minutes for the text message to arrive. If it still does not come, please use the corresponding link on the payment page under "Mistyped? Then click on the corresponding link here" and request a new payment code as you did before. Don't worry: Requesting a new payment code is free of charge. Costs will only be incurred if the payment process was completed correctly and if the VIP membership was already credited to you.
Have you entered your cell phone number correctly? If you are not sure, please use the corresponding link on the payment page under "Mistyped? Then click on the corresponding link here" and request a new payment code as you did before.
Do you use Vodafone/D2 Prepaid? If you have too little credit balance on your card, we will not send you a text message with a payment code. Please check your credit balance.
If this does not help, please contact Support.

My payment code does not work.
Maybe you have already used this payment code before? It is only valid once! But maybe you have just made a typing error. Enter the payment code exactly as it is shown on your cell phone; please also pay attention to case sensitivity.
You can/may not pass on the payment code to other persons, by the way. This will not work. The payment code may only be used for nicknames it was generated for by the system.
Maybe you have waited too long to enter the payment code? It is valid for around 10 minutes, after which it expires automatically. In this case, please use the corresponding link on the payment page under "Mistyped? Then click on the corresponding link here" and request a new payment code as you did before. Don't worry: Requesting a new payment code is free of charge. Costs will only be incurred if the payment process was completed correctly and the VIP membership was already credited to you.
If this does not help either, please contact Support.

Please include the following information in your mail to Support:

  • Which nickname is referred to?
  • Which cell phone number did you indicate?
  • Which cell phone contract do you have (for instance T-Mobile, Vodafone)? Is it a prepaid cell phone?
  • Which payment code did you receive?
  • What happened? (detailed problem description is needed: How did you proceed? What happened when doing that?)
