I have problems with paying via Giropay.
Do you have questions concerning payment via Giropay? Please read here how exactly it works:
Select payment method "Giropay" and enter your name, first name and your account details on the payment page that appears. After that, you will automatically be forwarded to the online banking page of your bank. After you have sent off the completed transaction, the spinpoints or VIP months will be credited to you by us.

What do I need in order to be able to pay via Giropay?
In order to pay via Giropay, you only need an online banking account with a participating bank or savings bank.
How can I find out whether my bank participates in the Giropay process?
In addition to Postbank, almost 95% of saving banks and German union banks offer payment via Giropay.
At the moment also MLP bank, Cronbakn, Ready-Bank and some PSD banks take part in the Giropay process.
Here you can find out by entering your bank code whether your bank supports Giropay.
