As I was walking through my hallway today I noticed a big, fat horrible fly buzzing around by the front door. I grabbed a can of fly spray and promptly shot it. As I'm such a good aim, it immediately fell to the floor and started buzzing and flailing around eventually catching his leg in a little spiders web in the corner of the room. As soon as this happened quite a large spider shot out from under my front door mat, grabbed the spider in his arms and took him back for his dinner.

It then started to worry me that the spider might die as a result of eating something killed by a poison so I thought I would try and tempt the spider out to see if he was still alive. I got a dried twig thing out of a flower arrangement and started to tap the spiders web but nothing happened. Then I got my kazoo and started blowing that to mimic the buzzing while still poking the spiders web. Still nothing. Does anyone know if the spider would be dead?
