Tomorrow, I'm attending a 'Death by Chocolate' party and decided that for once, I'd actually make something to bring instead of buying something at the grocery store. It was a brilliant plan because I made dark chocolate truffles for the first time and they came out amazingly. I covered some of them with cocoa, some with chocolate sprinkles and some with almonds or pecans. I can definitely see me experimenting further with the truffle possibilties.

I've gotten sick.
