My Friends.....

It's been a while that I have put something here but SPIN has given me friends beyond my imagination. From this site I have meet a friend from Saudi Arabia who has visited our country twice and meet me twice too and even visited me at home. Some has given me material gifts which I treasured so much. Now I have another one who is doing everything in his power to give me something I needed most.... [ you know who you are] and I truly appreciate it. I may not return the favor in kind.... but i know GOD is seeing everything you are doing for me... without malice... without expecting any compensation from my part. I DO SALUTE YOU..... GOD be with you always and hope you'll retain that good heart.... and thanks to all my friends here who in some way has given their time chatting with me... includes me in their prayers and wishes the best for me.... I do appreciate and treasure you all.....

LIFE is the hardest course a man could take...
It could only be taken once..... no repeaters, no masteral,,, no Doctorate.....
No other DEAN but GOD
And once we graduated we are done and Gone
So live each day as if it is our last... because....
in this course we will never know the exact date of
our Closing Ceremonies
Then only GOD HIMSELF will say
"Well Done my Child"

Help For God Sake,

May the greetings of Lord be with you, Please, I am Mrs Gloria George from Cote D' Ivoire, I got married to my late husband Mr George from France, we married for 11 years we couldn't produce any child and my late husband was an international business man, may his soul rest in peace.

Before his death two years ago I have been suffering from cancer of breast, which I have tried my best to have it cure but no solution after all the treatment which I have been taking, but to my greatest surprise some days ago my doctor told me that I may not live more than 2 months as the result of the sickness. And we deposited the sum of $10.7m Dollars in one of the local Bank here in our country for our business, before the death of my husband now I decide to use this money to help the less privileges like poor widows, orphans, disables and build churches as the result of my short stay on this earth since we couldn't produce any child to inherit the fund and our properties.

I was touched in spirit to donate the money to you, to use it for the good work of God. Please reply soon for better explanation,

The many tasks we face each day may tire us
But being with GOD each day can bring relief from stress
Let us be reminded that in the end only 3 things matters:
1] how fully we lived
2] how deeply we loved
3] how gracefully we let go of things not essential in life
what really counts is how GOD sees us as we ought to be.

another needle work my latest still unframed given to a friend i cherish who despite our differences in faith has been faithful and loyal. If it takes great courage to stand and fight for something.... sometimes it takes even greater courage to just walk away and leave everything behind..... thank you so much and will it be a total farewell?????

NOW AND THEN

Now and then a thought comes to my mind
What if I could the clock unwind!!
Return to being a child once more
Ah! that wondrous age of four!

Then...
Life meant playing and reciting nursery rhymes
Dabbling with crayons and making colorful drawings.

Now...
To play one needs to be organized too
Join a play school at the tender age of two!

Then...
Mummy was my first teacher
Lovingly teaching me values which help in life later.

Now...
Mom's busy - working, socializing, and attending kitty parties
Child seems to be low on her priority!

Then...
If mummy had to go, grandma was there
Showering me with her love and care.

Now...
Left with housekeepers and maids
In front of the television passes the day.

Then...
I had never heard words like failure and rejection
Nor faced gruesome interviews for admission!

Now...
A three year old goes for tuition
To enter a prestigious school - the ultimate mission!

Then...
Holidays meant family get togethers, fun and enjoyment
At a relaxed pace honing our talents.

Now...
It's summer camps... professional guidance
Ever decreasing parental influence!

Then...
I had no computer games, no mobiles
No rat race to cover that extra mile!

Now...
Under peer pressure, childhood is wilting away
Competing with the Jones... whatever way!

Then...
The choices I was offered
did commensurate with my age.

Now...
Kids are burdened with choices
they are not mature enough to make!

Now and then I ponder
why kids are being propelled towards adulthood
Even before they have had a proper childhood?
