Exercise. Ok about a month ago I was told Walk I was like crazy they said 15 minutes. I said ok for 3 days. Then 30 minutes Sat. I did hour 45 to day I did hour 6 witch ten of those were jogging I am so happy. I did it fat ME I have lost 5 sizes and 52 pounds I am so proud. I take time every morning to give thanks get my thoughts straight to think about my love ones. The one I love. My future. I want to thank my friends they say u walk say no they say go. So for them thank u. Walking really has helped me so Vic2 out.
