It is hard to stay positive. When all u do. Is look at four walls my mind just wanders not a good thing right now when all u have to do is think most time it's not that good. Why I go to negative. So fast when it's not as bad as I think all I know is I'm ready for change just. Not sure what that mean right now oh well I know their. Is good in my life I just need to breathe Vic 2 out.

try going on a long walk, clears the mind, will make you feel better.
