What happens after the expiration of my membership?
Your membership ends automatically at the give date, if you don't prolong it. By the way: you can prolong your membership any time, even if you still have some balance time left.
Attention: With the expiration of your membership, you will of course automatically lose all your additional functionality, i.e. amongst other things

  • in case you have too many entries in your friends and ignore list, these lists will be deactivated, until you clean them up, i.e. until they're quantitatively in a "non-VIP" range again.
  • in case you have too many images in your profile comment, all of them will be hidden, until you clean up the gallery, i.e. until it's quantitatively in a "non-VIP range" again.
  • smilies in your profile comment will appear "text only" now.
  • in case you have too many entries in your guestbook, it won't be deactivated, but no more new entries will be possible, until you clean it up, i.e. until it's quantitatively in a "non-VIP range" again.
  • notes that you have done in your profile or that of other chatters won't be erased but hidden, until you're necessarily VIP again.
 
Will I be informed before my VIP time expires?
In sufficient time before your VIP time expires you'll get a chatmail giving you the information when your VIP time expires.
 
Will my nickname be deleted, if I don't prolong my VIP membership?
No. You will only lose the additional features.
 
What does VIP cost?
1 month VIP: 3.99 Euro
6 months VIP: 20 Euro
12 months VIP: 30 Euro
 
Which payment methods are available for VIP?
1 month VIP: FIRSTGATE click&buy and PayPal.
6 months VIP: FIRSTGATE click&buy and PayPal.
12 months VIP: FIRSTGATE click&buy and PayPal.

I'm a VIP already, and now there are new VIP features available. Do I now have to pay for VIP over again?
No. All new VIP features are at your disposal right away and without any further costs.
 
I'm a VIP already. Do I lose any VIP time by prolongig VIP ahead of time?
No. You can prolong your VIP membership at any time. In case you are a VIP already, the period you order will be added to your currently remaining VIP time.
 
How long is a VIP month?
A VIP month starts with the day of becoming VIP and expires on the same day of the following month.
Example: In case you become VIP for 1 month on May 25th 10:00:00 a.m., your membership expires on June 25th 09:59:59 a.m.
And in case you become VIP for 6 months on May 25th 10:00:00 a.m., your membership expires on November 25th 09:59:59 a.m.
 
How long do I have to wait for my VIP being activated after I have payed?
In case you paid via FIRSTGATE click&buy or PayPal, your VIP normally will be activated "right away", i.e. usually within max. 10-15 minutes.
 
Do other rules of behaviour apply for VIPs in the chat?
No. Except for the fact that a VIP has additional functionality, he is a chatter like anybody else. A VIP also has to accept the common rules. If he misbehaves, he will be treated like any other chatter, who misbehaves.
